Examines animal to determine nature of disease or injury and
treats animal surgically or medically. Tetss dairy herds,
horses, sheep, and other animals for diseases and inoculates
animals against rabies, brucellosis, and other disorders.

general care to promote haelth of animals. May engage in
research, teaching, or productoin of commercial products. May
specialize in prevention and control of communicbale animal

May specialize in diagnosis and treatment of animal
diseases, using roentgen rays and radioactive substances, and
be designated Veterinary Radiologist (medical ser.).
